We drove down to Vancouver, WA on a sunny Saturday in May. After so much rain this season, it was much needed sunshine! And a perfect day for a photoshoot. Even indoors, the light gets much better when the sun is shining. Especially in the Pacific Northwest, I really notice it as a photographer!
Ashlyn & Billy welcomed me into their home to capture photos of their first home together.
They have the sweetest dogs Stella & George who certainly gave me their own sweet welcome! Wagging tails & excited to have a visitor.
George was so sweet & big and Stella just a shy little thing.
Stella & George we very excited for Ashlyn & Billy to sit down with them, George’s big tail wagging away.
They are engaged and amidst all the wedding planning, they set aside a special photo session for just them. Celebrating their engagement & home with their doggos!
An amazing way to remember the beginning of this chapter together!
Hope you enjoy some of their cozy, elegant in-home session photos.
Ashlyn’s styling of their Vancouver home was really great! All the pieces fit together so well & all around elegant and sophisticated.
Billy is very passionate about their wine collection & brought out champagne for the special occasion.
Dancing together in the kitchen of their new home, they really are so sweet!
That’s a wrap on the highlights of Ashlyn & Billy’s Vancouver, WA photoshoot!
Surprisingly enough, the sunshine stuck around the remainder of the weekend! After the photoshoot, my family & I went down to the Oregon International Air Show. Their first all-female show was fun & a great way to spend the Saturday.
