Seattle Fine Art Wedding Photography // Kristen and Max’s Sneak Peek
Lake Union was the perfect setting for a luxury intimate wedding and, of course, Kristen and Max’s love for the water.
Seattle has so many amazing waterfront venues, but this one takes the cake. The views all around the venue are awesome. The Seattle Space Needle and the Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI) to name a few! Weddings at the dock is a great way to get the feel of nature in the middle of the city.
The Center for Wooden Boats is a non-profit maritime organization with a great story. You can read more about their story here.
Fine Art Wedding Photography is a beautiful style of photos meant to emulate style, sophistication, and often nostalgic feelings. A lot of my fine art brides are in chic minimal dresses with natural hair and makeup.
The venue chosen for this wedding really adds to the fine art feel of their photos. You can feel the emotion in the images and they are the perfect blend of modern and vintage. They have a bit of grain, and often shot with a film look in mind.
A lot of fine art weddings look like they could be featured in timeless, elegant publications. For example: Vogue Weddings. After my bride Kristen posted a sneak peek on her Instagram, we all thought this wedding is a Vogue moment for sure. And of course they emulate that feeling you get, when looking at any of the Vogue Weddings.
Fine art photos mean a lot of different things to different people so why don’t I just show you these.
This is just a sneak peek of Kristen and Max’s wedding in Seattle so there are more to come! When the final blog post is ready it will be linked at the end of this post for you to check out.
