Welcome back friend! Ready for another engagement session? This time we are back in Portland, OR for their engagement session, with a pit stop in Vancouver, WA.

Negar & Merhdad are such a sweet couple! They have a easy-going, fun way about them and it really made for a special evening at their engagement session. Negar reached out after a co-worker of hers referred me to her! So thankful for the repeat clients and the clients who want to share the love with others! Thank you Amanda!

Starting at the Vancouver, Washington Waterfront she had a beautiful long-train lace dress and him in the blue suit! The sun shining down on them was a perfect afternoon for an engagement session, when the sun shines in the PNW it’s always a good day for a photoshoot.

Down on the beach from the waterfront walkway, there is beautiful beachy greenery that looks amazing in photos.

They have such lovely smiles!

Little do you know, there was a bunch of runners running by in this shot. Thank goodness for spot removal. It was such a hot day for running but it was impressive how many people were out on the waterfront running away!

Then we made our way down to the Eastbank Esplanade in Portland.

How beautiful is this filtered light near the tree?

They met at school, going to pharmacist school. On the first day the teacher said “look to the right, etc” and there she was!

They hit it off & now here they are engaged! Both Pharmacist graduates! Such a cool story.

Sunset is the best time for photoshoots, the soft light coming past the buildings across the water.
